I actually made it to the
Theatre Oiseaux for a show. This cutesy theatre holds something less than a hundred. It is tough to understand stand ups sometimes when they talk fast, it is worse when they speak fast AND in French. Still, what I understood was really funny. The show was constructed as a series of sketches. Entertaining.
It was full which is pretty good for a Thursday night. On the other hand Sophie is a well known comedienne in France. What is good to know is that everyone laughs at the same things, people are the same wherever you go ...... maybe a bit sweeping as I have never been to a stand up show outside of Europe - need to check my facts!
